Discover Scuba Diving

You want to try scuba diving, but not sure you are ready to commit to the full blown course? Here's a way to safely "give it a try" with the direct supervision of our certified professionals. A short classroom session then off to the pool where you will learn some basic skills!

Open Water SCUBA Diver Course

*3-4 days

The Open Water SCUBA Diver course is designed to give beginner divers the skills and confidence they need to dive beyond the pool into the open waters of lakes, quarries, and oceans without the direct supervision of an instructor. Certified Open Water SCUBA Divers can go to a maximum depth of 60 feet. We offer this course in an E-learning format. All Open Water SCUBA Diver courses include 1-day pool fees, 2-days quarry fees a and dive site instruction. Students must provide their own mask, fins, and snorkel.

NItrox/Enriched Air Course

You can add the Enriched Air/Nitrox diver certification to your basic Open Water certification. 

The Enriched Air/Nitrox diver certification will teach you how to use air enriched with oxygen, up to 40%, with the use of a programmable dive computer.

Altitude Diver

You can add the Enriched Air/Nitrox diver certification to your basic Open Water certification. 

The Altitude diver familiarizes students with procedures and knowledge to dive at altitudes above 1000 feet above sea level

Emergency First Response

* 1 day

EFR is a great way to be prepared to lend assistance to your dive buddies as well as your community. Basic First Aid, CPR and use of AEDs are all covered. While focused on basic requirements applicable anywhere, where diving is involved, special care may be required,

Advanced Open Water Diver

* 1-2 days

The next step in diver development, this starts to bring things together and provide more dives in different environments, with intros to Specialty ratings. It starts with Deep and Navigation, and any three areas that interest You!

Rescue Diver Course

* 3-4 days

Focusing on dealing with situations before they can escalate into something more serious is the purpose of this course. Dealing with simple issues to bigger ones, and more awareness of those around you will make you a better diver and a better buddy!

Divemaster Course

* at least 3 weeks

The first Professional Rating & reflects that you have the skills and awareness to provide assistance to other divers, assist with courses, and provide underwater guidance. Divers will often seek out a DM to discuss an issue instead of an Instructor.

Assistant Instructor Course

* at least 10 days

Great preparation for DMs that want to become a full fledged Instructor, this allows teaching of certain Specialties and Classes. Great preparation for the PADI Instructor Development Class / Instructor Exam.
